I am a 55 year old Masters level teacher. I graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B/A in Anthropology and Social Work with a 3.7 GPA in 1988. I then went to Lesley University for an M.Ed in 2008 and had a 4.0. I have been a social worker or teacher (also mother) for 30 years culminating in owning my own human services agency as well as teaching at Scarborough Middle School for three years where I connected with hard to reach students.

I am a yoga, spirituality and health enthusiast who believes that mind, body and spirit also play a key role in the pathways that leave us open to learning anything. Keeping my body moving and out in nature skiing, biking, hiking etc. also frees up energy for all other pursuits. Being in special education of some type for my whole life, I have investigated all of the connections that support unblocking the blocked. My business is driven by these principals and changed many lives of the clients we all serve. I am Executive Directer at The Thatcher Brook Center and am now thrilled to be taking a lesser role. I am getting weary of the full time struggle of Human Services and would love the opportunity to assist youth on an individual basis.
